QuickBooks Error 102 And 105 In Downloaded Bank Transactions

Banking Error 102

QuickBooks error 102 means your bank’s website has issues these may be it is undergoing maintenance or there is a problem with the server between the bank website or the mediator between QuickBooks Online.
Simple steps to perform, you can try to manually update your account on QuickBooks online. Click the Update button in the upper right corner to update. 
Second check you can log in to your bank's site online or not. There may be simple reasons you may not be able to connect to your bank.

  • First if you are able to log in successfully then look for a message, notification or alert from your bank. Also, make sure that you can see your account summary, account history, and account transactions without issues.
  • Second wait at least a One day before trying to downloading again in order to allow the bank time to fix any problems with their servers if they have.
  • Third you can also get this error if incase you have a new account or new credit card. There are some new accounts which do not work with online banking right away it takes some time to do so. You may also have to check with the bank credit card company to confirm the issue.

Banking Error 105

If you get this error 105 it means your bank website is temporarily down. Hence try to login to your bank's website Online to verify.  If the website is not down.  You can also try these steps.
Manually update your account within QuickBooks Online. You have to click the Update button in the upper right corner.
